Description

A very good and typical combination specimen of blocky, black-olive Epidote crystals to 3.2 cm with translucent prismatic Quartz crystals. The pristine Epidote crystals have chisel-shaped terminations and striated prism faces. Both species have a strong vitreous luster. A classic combination from the classic US locality: Green Monster Mountain in Alaska, USA.
