Description
This is a 5 cm tall Axinite cluster from the Tormiq river valley in the Haramosh Mountains of Pakistan, known for mineral occurrences in the alpine-type clefts in a metamorphic environment. The individual crystals to 2.8 cm are coffee-brown, translucent, striated, and with a good vitreous luster.
