Description
Arborescent and dendritic Copper in Gypsum. A great color combination of metallic native Copper with a good copper-red color and metallic luster in a translucent Gypsum cleavage fragment. There is only one major find known with Copper in Gypsum from the Mission Mine, however, no one really knows where these pieces went. You still can find thumbnails or micros of that kind at local mineral shows in Southern Arizona, but bigger ones like this miniature??? I’d suggest grab the specimen while it is available, it is rare.
