Description
A highly unusual specimen of paper-thin amber-gold colored Barite crystals clusters from the Saxon Pöhla. They are translucent with a glassy luster. Since crystals are very thin and delicate, (if it were Calcite, it would be called Papierspat (Paper Spar) the piece is not quite perfect but still has a high aesthetic value. I would call it a killer specimen.
