Description
This is an excellent Quartz specimen from Washington Camp right at the border with Mexico south of Tucson with not one but several flat Japan-law twins up to 4.6 cm in size. The crystals are translucent to transparent with a great vitreous luster, and striation on the prism faces. There are, however, a few imperfections on some of the terminations. A rather rare specimen on the European market.
