Description
What a great cluster, over 10 cm tall, curved excellent lavender colored Lepidolite crystals from a granite pegmatite of the Urubu Mine in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais. While Lepidolite is generally an accessory mineral on specimens of Tourmaline and various other pegmatite gem crystals, this cabinet specimen is abundantly covered with books of Lepidolite with a light translucency and a satin luster.
