Description
Jet-black Neptunite crystals create a strong contrast with white Natrolite matrix, which is characteristic for the Dallas gem Mine. The crystals are sharp with perfect monoclinic terminations, and a vitreous luster. From a find from the late 1990s at the Dallas Gem Mine, operated on and off by numerous individuals, would continue to produce occasionally fabulous pockets of rich blue Benitoite, often associated with Neptunite.
