Description
Typical cauliflower-shaped, arborecent Mottramite crystal clusters associated with excellent, sharp Calcite rhombohedrons from the Tsumeb Mine in Namibia. The Mottramite is olive green in color with a good greasy luster and creates a very aesthetic and stark contrast to the translucent to transparent Calcite crystals. Despite the fact, that Mottramite, a common Lead, Copper, Zinc, Vanadium ore at Tsumeb rarely forms attractive specimens, this excellent piece is a distinct exception. Colorful, aesthetic and full of contrast that can be displayed from every angle.
