Description
An excellent specimen with a combination of Cassiterite and Quartz from the Viloco Mine, a still actively worked deposit at an altitude of over 4,000 meters in the Bolivian Andes Mountains. The sharp Cassiterite crystals with a mirror shine are stubby with their typical tetragonal crystal form. Milky white, elongated Quartz crystals with a slightly matt-vitreous luster are translucent and well terminated. An excellent specimen, superb contrast and super aesthetic.
