Description
An extremely elegant Stibnite specimen from the Romanian commune of Băiuț in the Maramures region. Not to be compared with the usually rather bulky (clunky) pieces from that locality. The slender yet stable crystals usually have extremely well formed terminations, a wonderful metallic luster, a steel gray color and good striations parallel to the c-axis on the prism faces. The Stibnite is associated with minor Pyrite crystals. Top aesthetics and rare in this quality.
