Description
A Herkimer-style Quartz clusters, however, are not from the classic North American deposits, but from the Berbes mining district in Asturias, near the Atlantic coast of northern Spain. The specimen is a very sharp, doubly terminated floater with just very little imperfections. The icing on the cake are the tiny hydrocarbon inclusions. Gemmy, colorless, translucent with a top luster, this classic piece was found in the 1990s.
