Description
A Fluorite crystal with a distinctive brick shape (yes, am isometric mineral can have a cuboid shape) with very little matrix from an abandoned quarry in Asturias in northern Spain. The purple color blows you away, especially in transmitted light. The crystal faces look frosted with a silky luster. The edges are beveled with suggested hopper growth. There is a small spot of contact on one of the edges but other than that a perfect specimen.
