Description
Tombac-colored Chalcopyrite crystals with a metallic luster perched on light gray, translucent Fluorite cubes with attractive textures on the cube faces. The Fluorite crystals are to 1.7 cm on edge, and partially coated with sparkling Quartz crystals. The Fluorite fluoresces purplish-blue in ultraviolet light. The aesthetics of this specimen is very difficult to catch with a photo because of the sparkling faces. The collector Dr. Schönfelder purchased this specimen in the 1990s at the mine.
