Description
Irregular spherical crystal clusters of the fairly rare species Bultfonteinite, and creme-colored to beige aggregates Calcite on characteristic N´Chwaning matrix. Most of the Bultfonteinite occurs in small, divergent sprays of white crystals, and rarely as a showy small cabinet specimen like this one. The species was first discovered in the very early 20th century but not described and named until 1932. This type of association was found mainly in the 1980 and 90s and have pretty much disappeared from the market.
