Description
This fine specimen features countless chewing-gum-pink Rhodochrosite rhombs accompanied by creamy, glistening Quartz and nicely set on massive cubed Galena. The Rhodos are sharp edged and highly lustrous and the specimen comes from the well known Peruvian locale Huarón Mine of Huayllay district at Pasco province. Very aesthetic material from the finds in the 1970s to early 1980s. Ex Dr. Gerd Tremmel collection
