Description
Here we have a fine and contrastful piece of Spanish Calcite,- very nice but not perfect. An anyway aesthetic specimen with two, up to 2,2 cm measuring lustrous, striated, twinned, black Cassiterite clusters jauntily set upright on a matrix of pearlescent Muscovite blades and nicely accented by a smaller Cassiterite crystal as well. This excellent piece is from the less well-known, but classic Spanish locality for cassiterite of the Penouta Mine, Galicia.
