Description
Here we have a fine and old-time specimen of small brownish cubed Bravoite crystals intergrown with brassy Chalcopyrite. Bravoite is an uncommon variety of nickel-bearing Pyrite and this is a good piece from Maubacher Bleiberg near Düren close to Cologne. The matrix here is so typicall, the well-known pebble-bearing conglomerate. Comes with an old label of mineral collector Hermann Kraft.
