Here we have a nice specimen of red Beryl from well known US locale Ruby Violet Claims of Wah Wah Mountains, Utah. Red Beryls ("red Emeralds") have always been frightfully expensive, but now that there are no more, they are simply getting even more expensive. Though this specimen will not win any prize as the best of them but it is highly representative and pretty and quite good for what´s on the market nowadays. We have two intergrown and well terminated six-sided crystals,- one of them with superb colour. No imperfection so far I can see. TOP
