Description
Here we have an uncommon but typically German Celestine specimen from Jühnde near Göttingen in Lower Saxony. From one side of the piece we see the fibrous structure with silky luster and light bluish-gray colour. From the other side we have glistening surface due to numerous, tightly intergrown crystals with a bit more intense colour. This kind of material is exceedingly hard to come by nowadays.
