Description
A fine old BISBEE CLASSIC! These are wonderfully sharp Azurite crystals to 3,7 cm in length that have pseudomorphed to Malachite, resulting in the typical "patina" that the copper content gives it. These can sometimes be rather rough and corroded looking, but the crystals here are very sharp and unsual lustrous This 360° specimen is almost pristine, what is hard to see due to the creamy material in the interstices, so a distinct lab cleaning could improve this striking specimen a lot. This fine and very hard-to-obtain specimen came out of the Robert Jakob collection.
