Description
Difficult to say which is the display side of this great and rare specimen from the Epprechtstein pegmatite near Wunsiedel in Bavaria. On the one hand we have a beautiful, slightly metallic, beige, six-sided cluster of bladed Muscovite. On the other hand we see on the "backside" of the specimen wonderful, glassy, also six-sided crystals of olive-coloured Apatite up to 0,8 cm,- the more important species for the locality. Definitely a great piece and the minor bruising doesn´t detract from overall aesthetics and importance of the piece.
