This is an unusually rich Cinnabar specimen with countless crimson red crystal clusters dotting both sided of the specimen of beige, opaque to translucent tabular Barite crystals over 2.5 cm. This is a TOP specimen for the locality, a now closed Barite mine located on an active military training area. The piece comes with a historic label from the Loorz Collection, Bockswiese, Germany.
