Description
This is a typical Jaimina combination with characteristic Fluorite and Barite crystals. The former species displays a variety of crystal forms and habits, uncommon in other fluorite deposits, which is one of the hallmarks of this mine and in general of the rest of the Caravia mining district. The crystals are colorless, translucent-gemmy with a vitreous luster. The cluster is crowned with tabular snow-white Barite crystals. A great Spanish Fluorite specimen, which, as so often, is much more three-dimensional and aesthetic in nature.
