Description

This is a specimen with arborescent aggregates of native Copper. Slightly rounded, copper-red, crystals with a great metallic luster and some patina, with little matrix. This excellent classic piece is very aesthetic. It is from the Michigan Central Mine on the Keweenaw peninsula, which operated for just 44 years at the end of the 19th century.
