Description
Spherical, royal blue Azurite clusters are perched on a matrix of host rock with disseminated Malachite. The clusters are composed of tabular Azurite crystals with a great, almost vitreous luster and different shades of blue. A very attractive and aesthetic specimen from what is probably the most iconic locality in southern Arizona: the historic copper mines in the town of Bisbee in Cochise County, Arizona.
