Description
This is a superb combination specimen from the alpine veins of Bellecombe at Châtillon in Italy´s Aosta Valley. Numerous light olive-green and gemmy Diopside crystals associated with orange-red Hessonite crystals on matrix. Both species are sharp, very gemmy and lustrous. Very good color contrast, very aesthetic, a classic Italian alpine specimen.
