Description
Although this Silesian super specimen is not quite perfect, is a very aesthetic example. Two v-shaped intergrown, translucent, slightly smoky-gray Quartz crystals with smaller crystals of the same species at their base on/in the matrix, are perched on cream-white to porcelain-white Orthoclase crystals with a satin luster. On one side, the Quartz crystals with a vitreous luster are powdered with black Clinochlore micro crystals. A top locality piece from Strzegom, a Polish city with numerous quarries in granite, however, most of them abandoned.
