Since the 1980s, excellent finds of Pentagonite have been made at the Wagholi Quarries near the city of Poona (Pune), however, those glory days are mostly over. The discoveries were made during construction or when digging wells, for the sprawling and ever growing city. Now these places have been built over and are no longer accessible. Well, fortunately we have a specimen from that period, a perfect cyan-colored crystal ball, relatively central and contrasting placed on typical matrix covered with creamy white Stilbite crystals. Very aesthetic and no longer easy to get!
