Description
A colorful, high-contrast and unusual specimen. Cauliflower-like Pyrite-Calcite clusters cover pink-colored Cobalt-bearing Calcite. The sharp and lustrous Pyrite crystals are brass-colored with a just the right amount of tarnish. The srubby Calcite crystals are sharp with a pearly luster. This is a very aesthetic specimen with only very few imperfections from the Cobalt and Nickel mine Aghbar in the Moroccan Bou Azzer mining district. And have I mentioned what happens when you turn on the long-wave ultraviolet light!
