Description
This relatively rare silicate is named after the elements it contains: CAlcium-VANadium-SIlicon. Since the 1980s, excellent finds have been made at the Wagholi Quarries near Poona (Pune), but those glory days are over, built over to make room for the expansion of the sprawling city of Pune. Well, fortunately we have a specimen from that period, a perfect cyan-colored crystal ball, relatively central and contrasting placed on a matrix covered with creamy white Stilbit crystals. Very aesthetic!
