Description
Ball-shaped sprays of Tarnowitzite, the lead-bearing variety of Aragonite, although some Tarnowitzites have been found to be a mixture of Aragonite and Cerussite. The Tarnowitzite crystals line a cavity, and are sharp, faint gray-white translucent to almost colorless. They are associated with acicular creme-white Mimetitte and spherical aggregates of green Malchite. A very colorful specimen from Tsumeb, Namibia.
