The Feldspar Pericline is an Albite variety occurring as milky-white, elongated (along the b-axis) crystals, a general indicator of alpinotype clefts. And you are looking at a cluster of Pericline crystals from mineralized alpine clefts in Austria. The elongated Pericline crystal have their characteristic porcelain luster, they are sharp with exellent terminations. A very aesthetic alpine specimen from a find in the 1980.
