Description
When did you see the last time Fluorite crystals from Rio Marina of the island of Elba, famed for it great Pyrites and Hematites - ever before? This locality dates back to the times of the Etruscans, and is one of the great classic European localities. The Hematites from Elba are some of the most unique and distinctive Hematites in the world. But here we have a superb cluster of colourless, cubed ELBA-FLUORITE contrastful nestled in a vug of tabular, metallic, reddish hinted Hematite. This is a TOP-RARITY for the locality and I was shocked, when I saw this specimen the first time, because it is so typical for the locale. No doubts, this is a KILLER PIECE all the way.
