Here we have a super-rare and classic item from Gabe Gottes Mine, nicknamed "Giftgrube" (poison mine) of Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines in Alsace, France. Numerous glassy and sharp octahedral Arsenolite crystals covering a matrix of almost pure, typically lead-gray and dull native Arsenic. Arsenolite is an uncommon arsenic-oxide and specimens from Ste. Marie are highly desired because exceeding seldom offered for sale on the mineral market and treasured by collectors.
