Description

A very rich and fine specimen of the rare borate Meyerhofferite from the well known Turkish locality Bigadiç Mine of Balikesir Province. The bladed, intergrown crystals here are showing fine glassy luster and cream-white colour. A super specimen, slightly reminiscent of a Cerussite snowflake from Tsumeb. We suggest to store the specimen in a dry environment.
