Description
Zeolites from the Faroes are way more rare as their "cousins" from other worldwide localities and before the first specimens trickled out from the quarries in India and the single find of Das Antas Tunnel in Brazil, this kind of material set the standard of worldwide zeolite specimens. Here we have quadrangular but rhombohedral crystals of Cabazite richly perched on matrix. The crystals are sharp edged as well, highly lustrous and almost well terminated. Only minor imperfection on this aesthetic and contrastful specimen.
