Description
This is a beautiful cluster with well developed, six-sided crystals of Pyromorphite from the famous US locality Bunker Hill Mine of Kellogg in Idaho. The single crystals here are relatively stout and large (up to 1,3 cm in diameter) and showing great luster. I admit, not best colour,- olive-brown hinted yolk yellow,- but very good terminations and overall aesthetics. Nice material with only minor edge wear from the mid-1990s find here. No material has come out of this mine since. In fact, it is a toxic superfund site, closed to activity.
