Description
This is a fine specimen of Goshenite as a stunning, tabular and multifaced crystal, in this specific case colourless with a hue of blue. Goshenite, the colourless and tabular variety of Beryl, is actually quite a bit more rare than the blue variety (Aquamarine). This is a single crystal of very large tabular, hexagonal Goshenite 6,0 cm!!! across the face. It has glassy luster, and is a lot gemmier in person than the pics make it appear. These fine crystal sit attractively and exposed atop a bed of multifaced Adularia and bladed Muscovite - a truly striking and impressive 360° specimen for this lesser-seen Beryl varietal.
