Description
Here we have a superb specimen with great aesthetics,- a gorgeous, classic combination piece!!! Emplaced attractively on a matrix of gemmy, brown-orange and glistening Sphalerite, with crystals to 6 mm across, is a cluster of lustrous and translucent, rich purple coloured Fluorite crystals, to 2,6 cm across. The well defined and highly lustrous Fluorites are showing nice phantoms with backlit and they have an attractive quadrangular pattern along its surface. Mined in August, 1993 from the north face of the Timber drift. Vivid colour and sharp form make this piece stand out, against sparkling Sphalerite matrix.
