Description

This is a classic Cryolite sopecimen from Ivigtut with glassy, gemmy crystalline masses of Cryolite. It is colorless-translucent to white, and abundant with olive-brown crystal fragments of Siderite and some Chalcopyrite. The deposit has stopped producing a long time ago and is now completely flooded. This TOP specimen comes with the historic original label from the Munich mineral dealership Maucher.
