Description
A hodgepodge of faint lavender-colored Marialite crystals in marble matrix from Sar-e-Sang in Afghanistan. Marialite is a member of the Scapolite group. One main crystal stands out. It is almost undamaged, gemmy-translucent, has a wonderful light lavender color, perfect tetragonal symmetry and exact pyramidal termination—a textbook crystal! An incredible specimen with a great potential if one wants to remove more matrix and expose more crystals.
