Description

Here is another relatively rare species: the Silver-Copper sulfosalt Stromeyerite. Steel-gray phenocrysts up to 0.7 cm with a strong metallic luster in a matrix rich in bluish green Chrysocolla. Another rare mineral from the Prince Leopold Mine (now Kipushi Mine) in the Republic of Congo.
