Description
Extraordinary perfection often comes in small sizes. Such as this 3 mm measuring Diamond crystal. A super octahedron with pronounced vicinal surfaces, sharp edges, top luster and a light cognac tint. That is a spectacular specimen from a Chinese diamond mine that opened in 1970 (some sources say 1975) and has become the largest diaond producer of China. This diamond crystal is NOT glued to the Kimberlite/Lherzolite matrix.
