Description
A cluster of highly lustrous, sharp Scheelite octahedrons, honey brown in color and translucent, crowned by a spray of Malachite. The Tae Hwa Mine south of the capitol of Seoul operated a Tungsten deposit from 1902 until 1973 and yielded exceptional Scheelite specimens before the Chinese ones came on the market. Since 2000, the mine has been reclaimed and collecting is prohibited.
