Description
A faint lilac-colored 4-sided Marialite crystal is perched on a white marble matrix. The species from the Scapolite series is gemmy, well terminated, with excellent striation parallel to the prism faces. On what I consider the back of the specimen, some smaller Marialite fragments are embedded in matrix. A superb specimen from the Afghani locality Sar-e-Sang with incredible contrast.
