Description
Two rare species on one specimen. Dark brown Lomonosovite, a phosphate species, and Murmanite, a light purple-flesh colored silicate as phenocrysts in a pegmatite matrix. The Rasvumchorr Mine, closer the Finland than Moscow, is mined for Apatite, opened in 1954, and now a huge open-pit quarry.
