Description
A classic and relatively historic ore specimen from the Ag-Co-Ni-Bi-As-U ore veins of Jachymov (St. Joachimsthal) in the Czech Ore Mountains. Numerous, small reddish Proustite crystals are quite richly scattered on a matrix of botryoidal native solid Arsenic. The Arsenic has a typical matt anthracite grey color and in some areas an unusually fresh, slightly metallic sheen with a beautifully warty surface. Quite rare material, which is hardly offered on today´s market.
