Description
A very aesthetic specimen with the typical concentric-layered, botryoidal-reniform structure of Schalenblende. Alternating layers of golden colored Pyrite, beige-brown Sphalerite, and silver Galena from an underground Lead-Zinc mine that was worked from 1926 until 1981. Shows spectacular colors under ultraviolet light. This specimen is a magnificent example for a classic Polish specimen.
