Description
A beautiful almost floater specimen from the so-called Fensterquartz from the famous locale of Val d´Illiez at Monthey in Valais canton of Switzerland. This style of Quartz is called Fenster (German word for window) due to the fact that the pyramidal and prism faces have a skeletal form that gives them the appearance of a window, what is in this case only indicated. Anyway, a fine and almost pristine specimen with great brilliance, sharp edges and fine clarity.
