Description
This excellent silver ore specimen is richly covered with superbly developed and six-sided tombac-coloured crystals of uncommon silver-sulfosalt Argentopyrite. This fine piece comes from the Czech TYPE LOCALITY, the Svornost Mine of Jachymov in Krušné Hory mountains. An unusual piece, due to the fact, that most of this pieces are accompanied by carbonates, mostly Calcite. But not so this. The crystals here are sharp edged and excellent terminated with fine metallic sheen. A really great and rare mini.
